Cancellation Requests

  • No Cancellation / No Refund: All ticket purchases for WordCamp Delhi 2026 are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in this policy.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for tickets purchased directly through the official WordCamp Delhi 2026 registration page.
  • Tickets purchased through third-party vendors, resale, or unauthorized transfer are not eligible for refunds.

Partial Attendance

  • No refunds will be provided for partial attendance or no-shows.

Transfer of Tickets

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person before the transfer deadline specified by the organizers.
  • Any ticket transfer must be completed through the process provided by the WordCamp Delhi 2026 organizing team.
  • Tickets cannot be resold for a profit or transferred without following the official transfer process.

Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event that WordCamp Delhi 2026 is canceled, a full refund will be issued to registered attendees, subject to applicable payment processing or other unavoidable charges, where applicable.
  • WordCamp Delhi 2026 is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with the event.
