Absolutely. For WordCamp Delhi, I’d keep the structure almost identical to the WordCamp Asia version, but adapt it to Delhi, DAIC, and the transport options that are actually useful for attendees.

By Air

• The nearest airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).
• Distance: approximately 14–15 km, depending on the terminal and route.
• Travel time: around 30–60 minutes by road, depending on traffic and time of day.
• Recommended option: App-based taxi or hotel-arranged cab.
• Delhi Airport is well connected to central Delhi, making a taxi or cab the most convenient option for out-of-city and international attendees.

By Metro and Local Transport

Metro

The closest metro station to the venue is Janpath Metro Station on the Violet Line.

• Central Secretariat Metro Station (Yellow Line) is approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue.
• Patel Chowk (Yellow Line) & Janpath (Violet Line) Metro Station is another nearby option, approximately 15-20 minutes away on foot.
• Metro is one of the most convenient ways to reach DAIC, especially during peak traffic hours.
• From Central Secretariat Metro Station, attendees can walk to the venue or take a short auto-rickshaw or cab ride.

For attendees travelling from other parts of Delhi NCR, the Delhi Metro network provides convenient connections to the central Delhi area.
