2. Event Participation

• The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any session, speaker lineup, activity, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

3. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
• Tickets cannot be transferred or resold without prior approval from the organizers.
• In case of event postponement, previously issued tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise communicated by the organizers.
• Any applicable refund or cancellation arrangements will be communicated through the official event website or registered email address.

4. Digital Ticket

You must carry a digital copy of your WordCamp Delhi 2026 confirmation email or ticket on your phone, tablet, or laptop when attending the event.

Let’s avoid printing tickets together wherever possible to help reduce unnecessary paper usage.

5. Identity Proof
