A Few Ground Rules
Sponsorship does not include speaking opportunities — those stay earned, not bought.
All sponsor products and services promoted on-site must be 100% GPL-compliant.
Selling physical goods on-site isn’t permitted. Packages are first-come, first-served.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do we apply for a sponsorship package?
Email delhi@wordcamp.org with your preferred tier and a short note about your organisation. We confirm packages on a first-come, first-served basis and send a formal agreement once your slot is locked in.
Can we mix and match perks across tiers?
Tiers are fixed to keep pricing fair and transparent, but add-ons (After-Party Co-Host, Lanyard Sponsor, Coffee Break Sponsor, Lunch Sponsor) can be booked alongside decided tier to customise your presence.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. We issue a GST-compliant invoice for every sponsorship and add-on booking once payment is confirmed after the event.
What’s the payment process?
We share a bank transfer or UPI link after your package is confirmed by email. Full payment is due within 7 days of confirmation to lock in your slot.
Is there a deadline to confirm sponsorship?
Slots are limited and released first-come, first-served, so we recommend confirming at least 3 weeks before the event to guarantee booth placement and branding deadlines.
Can we request a custom sponsorship package?
Absolutely — write to us with what you have in mind. We’re happy to put together a bespoke package outside the standard tiers where it makes sense for both sides.
