When to Apply
Applications close Thursday, 15th October 2026 (23:59 IST).
Slots are limited and released on a first-come, first-served basis. Vetting, badges, booth allocation, and branding deadlines take roughly a month to sort out together, so the earlier you apply, the smoother it runs. We read applications as they arrive.
